When I was younger, dreaming about cosmos, I wished one day I will go for it. Although has not happened yet ,for me in this planet every person become a star and I have touched this cosmos. :) I am not just a technical manager. On the one hand, I entered the job market in the field of IT in 2004. On the other hand, I have an academic education in the field of anthropology and I love the culture and philosophy of Iran. That's why my decisions are not only based on technical specifications, but I try to look at people regardless of their expertise and duties in teams, and the human relations of teams are more important to me than the expertise of individuals. During all these years, I worked as a freelancer and started two companies personally and was a consultant for several teams. But when I decided to enter the startup field, I entered a new phase of gaining experience in my life. For me, the startup world has exciting and enigmatic challenges every moment, and I love solving the complexities created by human relationships. For this reason, around 2015, I entered the startup ecosystem and tried to learn many things from different teams. It was the beginning of 2020 when I launched my first startup, which is called HoFin, and during these two years, extremely interesting and good things have happened to me. I also have two other startups, one in the field of immigrant experience and the other in the blockchain and NFT field.
