In this workshop, you will find out more about the principles of customer-centric problem solving by tapping into Design Thinking. We’ll break out in groups to empathise more with the people we’re trying to help, see their day to day scenarios and ideate around what would best serve them. Come with an open mind and don’t be afraid to experiment!
